Fiber production starts at the spinning line.
Spinning and drawing form part of our polyester fiber production. The spinning line shown here produces the fiber tow; the drawing equipment above handles the next processing stage.
For your inquiry, start with the fiber type, linear density, cut length and finish. Add the intended application so the discussion covers how the material will be used.

Quality begins with an agreed reference.
Our inspection room is part of the production operation. What needs checking depends on the material and the application, so quality requirements should be written into the purchasing brief.
- Identify the dimensions, finish and properties that matter.
- Evaluate a sample in your own process where needed.
- Agree the test method, acceptance criteria and required documents before the order.
If your application needs a certificate or test report, name the requirement in your inquiry so its availability and scope can be checked.

From loose fiber to packed bales.
Finished fiber is compressed and packed for handling and shipment. Packing is part of the supply specification: bale weight, wrapping, marks and loading requirements should be discussed along with the material.
Tell us about any handling or storage constraints at your site. Confirm the packing arrangement for the selected grade and order quantity before dispatch is planned.

Prepare the shipment around the order.
Our import and export activities connect textile supply with international trade. Share your delivery destination early, together with the quantity and preferred delivery terms.
- Confirm the material and packing details in the order.
- Agree the invoice, packing list and any origin or transport documents required.
- Confirm the dispatch arrangement and delivery terms with the team.
