Match binder, blend and heat

Choose the low-melt grade alongside the base fibers and required structure. A soft apparel wadding and a rigid mattress layer require different blend ratios, web weights and bonding conditions. Give the heating method, dwell time and target stiffness or loft.

Use a controlled trial

Compare several binder levels and heating conditions while keeping the base blend consistent. Check bond strength, shrinkage, thickness, recovery and surface feel after cooling. Confirm the grade's thermal profile and avoid treating melting temperature as a universal production-line setting.
