Extra-white, non-siliconized polyester staple fiber for filling applications. Available in 7D, 14D and 15D grades with different cut lengths.
Quotation on request
Price depends on grade, quantity, packing and destination.
These polyester staple fibers have a bright white appearance and a non-siliconized finish. The absence of a slick silicone finish changes fiber friction and cohesion. The 2D designation refers to the crimp structure, not a universal 2-denier specification.
The specification table lists 7D × 64 mm, 14D × 51 mm and 15D × 65 mm. Choose the combination to suit your opening and carding equipment, web formation and target fabric structure.
Potential uses include comforters, mattress quilting, toy and cushion filling, spray-bonded wadding, filtration felts, geotextiles and apparel insulation. Compare whiteness under the intended cover fabric, static, cohesion, compression recovery and finished-product requirements before confirming the grade.
Catalog reference values. Confirm the agreed grade, net weight, packaging and minimum quantity in the quotation.
| Specification (Denier × Cut Length) | Fiber structure & finish | Application / processing notes |
|---|---|---|
| 7D × 64MM | Medium-stiff crimp, non-siliconized surface | Mattresses, quilted covers, soft toys and spray-bonded padding. |
| 14D × 51MM | High mechanical grip, dense matrix profile | Pneumatic toy filling, sofa upholstery inserts and thermal insulation. |
| 15D × 65MM | Firm non-siliconized structure | Carpet backings, geotextiles, acoustic filter felts and rigid mattress bases. |
