Structure and material options

Siliconized polyester fibers are formed into pearl-like clusters. The cluster structure allows the fill to move within a fabric shell, while the silicone finish reduces friction between fibers. Virgin and recycled grades are listed separately in the specification table.

What to check in a sample

Check opening and blowing behavior, fill distribution, compression recovery and clumping after the intended washing and drying cycle. Results depend on the grade, filling weight and cover construction. Recycled-content documentation and skin-contact requirements should be specified for the particular order.
